Who Are We?
Platinum Hoods first began as Brian Smith Pressure Washing in 2009, owned and operated solely by our founder, Brian Smith. However, in June of 2015, shortly after his son was born, Brian knew it was time to expand. He took his first company and formed an LLC, which is known today as Platinum Hoods. Brian wanted to take his pressure washing business to the next level by expanding and hiring crews and employees to work with him. His wife, Jessica, now runs the company’s home office and assists Brian whenever he needs it!
Brian saw a need in the Southeast United States for a reliable, qualified, and certified kitchen exhaust cleaning partner. He was trained by another kitchen exhaust cleaner who taught him the importance of protecting a customer’s investment from grease fires. He learned that his community was suffering in this area due to a lack of ability to get in touch with kitchen exhaust cleaners. This sparked one of Platinum Hoods tried and true policies: We call you to schedule your service when you are due. This takes the hassle and stress away from the customer. We pride ourselves on our ability to keep our customers compliant while keeping them focused on what matters to them most.
Platinum Hoods is a team of educated, certified, and qualified individuals who are ready to keep your restaurant, or other commercial cooking operation, running at peak performance. Brian’s additional goals for his team are to provide a safe workplace that focuses on employee development. We are also part of a local association, Certified Hood & Duct Cleaning. They help us increase our training and certification abilities for our team, ensuring we give our customers the brightest in kitchen exhaust cleaning. That’s how our team sets the standard in kitchen exhaust cleaning.
